To preserve the authenticity and exclusivity of our items, we do not recommend any intervention by third parties, as this voids any possibility of refund or replacement.

In short, the warranty does not apply in the following cases:

- Improper use (inappropriate handling, overloading or exposure to extreme conditions);

- Loss or Theft (lost items are not covered);

- Unauthorized Repairs (modifications by third parties void the warranty).
